Process
Super Industrial Lining Private Limited use Paste Extrusion Method for PTFE Pipe Liners and for Fittings and Valves use Injection Molding Process.
Paste Extrusion Process
- For Paste Extrusion SILPL has Climate Controlled Mixing Plant for cold Conditioning of PTFE and Its Subsequent Mixing with Hyrdocarbon Liquid. After a Period of Warm Conditioning of 48 Hours the material is used for Extrusion.
- In paste Extrusion process a Billet is formed then it is loaded into the Extruder.
- Die are Used for Extruding the PTFE Liners under Pressure with the Help of Supporting Plates. These PTFE Liners are Then Loaded into the Oven for sintering for a cycle of 16 Hours.
- We have the capacity of making PTFE Liners from 25 NB to 600 NB.
- Maximum Length we can Extrude of 6 Meter Length till 200 NB PTFE Pipe and above that 3 Meter.
Injection Molding Process
- In Injection Molding Fittings is Thoroughly Cleaned with the help of Wet Blasting Machine.
- Then Fittings are put into Oven along with the Metal Die and are heated at temperature around 350 Degree Celsius.
- Then the Fittings are Injection Molded with PFA, FEP and PP.
- These Fittings are Properly Machined in the Machine shop for Better Surface Finish and Visibility.
